Spirit of Racine Half Ironman Group Training Program
14 weeks - April 15th to July 20th, 2008
Optimize your training and race potential! Through a more structured and detailed training program, we will prepare you for a successful Spiritof Racine Half Ironman. Youwill train with like-minded athletes in an attentive and friendlyenvironment.
CoachSharone will lead you through your comprehensive program; using scientificdata integrated with his years of education and experience he guaranteesto successfully get you across the finish line.
Program details:
- Two group training sessions per week
- Swim sessions- technique and open water
- Bike sessions - technique and power with your own bike
- Running sessions - indoor and track
- Strength training program
- Race site clinics

You will explore and develop a full range of vital basic and advanced training techniques; information you will use for therest of your triathlon career.
More Information
The program is limited to a maximum of 40 participants insuring the utmost attention to each athlete. Training includes a daily workout program, two coached group sessions per week and unyielding support of your triathlon goals. Training sessions meet on Tuesdays at 7:00pm and Saturdays at 7:00am.
Rates include all training, lectures, clinics, training program book, online access toyour program with personal training log, Well-Fit training T-shirt, water bottle, swim cap, and an option of discounted entry to our combo training class on Fridays.
The first meeting is tentatively schedule forTuesday April 15th, at 7:30PM. Location: Running Away Multisport,1634 W. North Ave, Chicago.
