Steelhead Half Ironman Group Training Program

Optimize your training and race potential!Through a more structured and detailed training program, we willprepare you for a successful SteelheadHalf Ironman. You will trainwith like-minded athletes in an attentive and friendly environment.
CoachSharone will lead you through your comprehensive program; using scientificdata integrated with his years of education and experience he guaranteesto successfullyget you across the finish line.
Program details:
- Two group training sessions per week
- Swim sessions- technique and open water
- Bike sessions - technique and powerwith your own bike
- Running sessions - indoor and track
- Strength training program
- Race site clinics

You will explore and develop a full range of vital basicand advanced training techniques; information you will usefor therest of yourtriathlon career.
More Information
The program is limited to a maximum of 40 participants insuringthe utmost attention to each athlete. Training includes a dailyworkout program, two coached group sessions per week and unyieldingsupport of your triathlon goals. Training sessions meet on Tuesdaysat 7: 00pm and Saturdays at 7:00am.
Rates include all training,lectures, clinics, training program book, online access toyour program with personal training log,Well-Fit training T-shirt, water bottle, swim cap, and an optionof discounted entry to our combo training class on Fridays.
