Run Interval Class for Speed

Do you feel you have done all the miles you possibly can but still can’t run any faster? Never ran before and want to start with the “right” foot? Never incorporated speed work or running drills in your training.
 
Our program will take your running to the next level. Whether you are a runner or a triathlete you will be faster. Our protocols are used by some of the best pro athletes in this sport. In addition, we extensively incorporate running drills and conditioning exercises to promote and develop fast legs and a strong body that support running.
 
In this class:
 
• Increase your running speed for every distance
• Speed training based on your race goals
• Get faster in any distance
• Develop great running economy
• Increase your vo2 max
• Increase your anaerobic threshold
• Class includes SPEED and HILL training
• Condition your body to support your running
• 16 weeks of running experience
• 60 to 90 minutes running sessions
