New this year with Well-Fit Triathlon and Training’s swim program, our bi-weekly swim fitness class!
The class is based on a periodized approach to swim and triathlon training and will focus on improving your fitness level by training energy zones (according to USAT and USA swimming guidelines). This is the perfect boost to your swim training for the 2008 triathlon season.
Included in this program:
- Two specifically designed and focused swim classes per week - Technique work using proven Well-Fit method- Interval and distance training - Swim skills and drills with paddle and kick emphasis - Periodized approach to triathlon training - Training energy zones according to USAT and USA swimming - Periodical testing to set and intermittently evaluate your personal threshold and training zone pace - Interaction with and focused attention from highly experienced swim coaches
In addition, a creative combination of triathlon drills and specific freestyle drills will be woven together within the structure of the class to provide you with the best in triathlon swim instruction. Be prepared toengage ina fortified program!!
