Well-Fit Indoor Time Trial Series
No swim. No run. Just get on your bike and drop the hammer.
Well-Fit is hosting a 3-race time indoor time trial series this winter and spring. It's open to anyone and everyone, whether or not you're a member of our Training Center.
Use the TT series as a monthly checkpoint of your winter and early spring bike fitness, or just try your hand at a new type of racing. There is no swim and no run as part of these races, so no need to save anything for when you get off your bike -- see how fast you can cover the course!
- Race #1: February 3rd - 10K on a flat course
- Race #2: March 3rd -- 10K on a rolling course
- Race #3: March 24th -- 10K hill climb
Participants will race against others in their age and gender category (see the breakdown below). Placement is based on your FINISH TIME.
AGE CATEGORIES (men and women will be ranked separately):
- 19 & under
- 20 - 29
- 30 - 39
- 40 - 49
- 50 - 59
- 60 & up
At the conclusion of the 3rd and final race, we will also have special awards for the Top 3 Overall Men and Women, regardless of age category. To be eligible for these awards, you must race all 3 TT's in the series -- no exceptions!
Races will be conducted in wave starts at 8AM, 9AM and 10AM with 16 slots per wave, which will fill first-come, first-serve based on order of registration.
Athletes should plan to arrive 30 minutes prior to their time slot to warm up (we will have 8 CompuTrainers reserved solely for warmups, but feel free to bring your own trainer -- we cannot guarantee a CompuTrainer for warmup use). At each wave's start time, we will allow an additional 5 minute warmup followed by group calibration prior to the actual TT start.
