Well-Fit's Running Programs

Well-Fit has years of coaching both runners competing as single-sport athletes as well as triathletes.  Through a focus on technique and efficiency, as well as performing the right training at the right times, we can help you achieve breakthroughs whether your goal is your first 5k, half-marathon or marathon, or if you are training to qualify for Boston, New York or even to run an Olympic Trials-qualifying time.

Running Revolution

This is a 20 week program that will address your running mechanics and progressively develop the fitness that you need to be successful and avoid injuries so you can have fun racing up to your potential. We will look at how you train, discover what holds you back and find a way to train so you can get the performance you deserve. Finally we will build your race plan and unleash the power of your mind so you can race effectively.



** Class cost will be refunded 50% if canceled no later than 2 weeks prior to the start date. After 2 weeks there will be NO REFUNDS. Injuries will be dealt with on a case to case basis.
