Wisconsin 70.3 (Madison)
The timing of this program also works well for athletes preparing Chattanooga 70.3, Raleigh 70.3, Eagleman 70.3 and Mont-Tremblant 70.3
Program starts – February 7th, 18-week program
As with every training program we offer you will be provided with the skills and confidence to crush this new 70.3 course!!
This training group is for you whether youare:
- an individual focused on improving your form and technique to finish the race strong
- an intermediate or advanced athlete with some multisport experience, prepared to take your race day performance to the next level
- an athlete with a long-term goal of completing a full Ironman
Training Program includes:
- 18 weeks of an organized training plan with detailed daily workouts
- 3 coached workouts
- Swim - Tuesday 8:00pm
- Bike - Thursday 7:30pm
- Run – Wednesday 6:30pm (weather permitting)
- Unlimited communication with the coaches
- A discounted program fee is available for Well-Fit and CTC members
- This Well-Fit program is designed for beginner to intermediate athletes registered for Madison
- This program will accommodate any one that is looking to do other 70.3 races in 2017
All participants receive an online training program, which details exactly what to do each day to reach your race day goal. The program also includes a fully-supported 56-mile group ride.
The program will be led by Coach TedRamos, who has years of experience helping athletes accomplish their goals at the half-Ironman distance. He will be assisted by other Well-Fit coaches and Elite Team athletes.
No matter where you are in your journey as an athlete, you will find a welcoming place in our group, and receive detailed education, guidance and support from our coaches.
