Join Well-Fit for sun, fun and a weekend of training on the shores of Lake Michigan
- Open Water Technique Clinic
- Transition Clinic

- Race Strategy Clinic
Whether you plan to tackle Steelhead 70.3 or another race, this weekend of clinics will provide you with all the knowledge and skills for a successful race day performance.
Improve your open water swim technique, transition skills, bike handling and race strategy. By the end of the weekend, Well-Fit's USA Triathlon-certified coaches will have given you all the skills to make sure that you keep your cool in the water, maintain your power on the bike and finish strong on the run. The group training ride will be done on the Steelhead 70.3 race course but is very appropriate for other half-Ironman distance races.
