This program is designed for athletes preparing for a half-Ironman, where we'll develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy triathlon season. Each week, Coach Ted will provide you with an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season.
Tuesday we'll meet at the pool for a swim workout that will focus on form and technique, providing the building blocks for developing a better stroke. Thursdays Coach Ted will guide participants through a workout at the Well-Fit Training Center. Participants should be prepared for cycling, run, bike/run brick or strength training sessions.
This class is an excellent choice to prepare you for the Racine and Steelhead training groups that begin in the spring.
