Kick start your season with the Well-Fit Pre-Season Program!
In this program, we will develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy season. Each week, Coach Elizabeth Waterstraat will provide you with an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season. The Well-Fit Swim Coaching Staff, consisting of Keith Klebacha, Andy Parro, and Bree Deters, will guide participants through a swim workout focusing on stroke technique and efficiency.
Session One: Tuesday, at 6:00pm at the Well-Fit Training Center
Session Two: Tuesday, at 7:30pm at the Well-Fit Training Center
Tuesdays: 5:45am at the Whitney Young H.S. Pool
Thursdays: 5:45am at the Whitney Young H.S. Pool
Sundays: 9am, with the Well-Fit Swim Masters Club, at the Whitney Young H.S. Pool
