Kick start your season with the Well-Fit Preseason Program!
In this program, we will develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy season. Each week, Coach Elizabeth Waterstraat will provide you with an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season. Wednesday nights we'll meet at the Well-Fit Training Center for a 75 minute varied format class; be ready to bike, run or strength train. Coach Sharone Aharon will guide participants through a swim workout focusing on stroke technique and efficiency.
