Our 18 week half marathon training program has proven to help both novice and intermediate level runners successfully finish and improve their times in half marathon races across the country. This program will address your running mechanics along with progressively developing strength and fitness that you'll need to race to your potential.
One of the biggest fears of triathletes is the swim portion of the race. For over 15 years, we helped athletes make it their strength. Swimming is generally a technique that revolves around two major factors; reducing drag and increasing propulsion. At Well-Fit, we have developed two classes that will improve both factors.
· Swim Tech I · Swim Tech II · Swim Tech III
Iron-Fit Cycling is a two-step program over the fall and winter that will progress the athletes level of fitness with each session. Any athlete who wants to make cycling their strength in Triathlon will benefit from this program.
In this class, you can expect to learn what it takes to master the fundamentals and improve your racing performance. First time racers, race winners and series champions have all taken this class to improve their knowledge and confidence in racing cyclocross.

Well-Fit's Masters Swim Club offers quality swim training with the triathlete in mind. The club meets three times a week,on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays.
