MiamiMan 1/2 IM

To all of you that want to race one more time before turning on the winter we have developed a program to the MiamiMan 1/2 IM.  This is an accelerated program that is designed knowing you have been training all summer.  The goal is to push your performance beyond your previous peak this year.  For more information, click here.

Miami 1/2 Marathon

Our 18 week half marathon training program has proven to help both novice and intermediate level runners successfully finish and improve their times in half marathon races across the country. This program will address your running mechanics along with progressively developing strength and fitness that you'll need to race to your potential. For more information, click here.


It's one thing to practice cyclocross skills on your own, but to be taught in a methodical manner by an expert instructor will not only accelerate your improvement, it will give you a competitive edge on race day.  In this class, you can expect to learn what it takes to master the fundamentals and improve your racing performance. First time racers, race winners, and series champions have all taken this class to improve their knowledge and confidence in racing cyclocross.  For more information, click here.

Iron-Fit Cycling

Iron-Fit Cycling is a two-step program over the fall and winter that will progress the athletes level of fitness with each session. Any athlete who wants to make cycling their strength in Triathlon will benefit from this program. Each step of the program will last 8 weeks and have a specific focus. The athlete will see an increase in their threshold power over the course of any 8 week program but to maximize their off season cycling training they will seethe most improvement from taking each program in succession. For more information, click here. 

   Swim Technique

One of the biggest fears of triathletes is the swim portion of the race. For over 15 years, we helped athletes make it their strength. Swimming is generally a technique that revolves around two major factors; reducing drag and increasing propulsion. At Well-Fit, we have developed two classes that will improve both factors. Swim Tech I will eliminate drag and make you a confident swimmer and Swim Tech II will teach you how to be faster. Click at the class name below for more information.

Chicago Triathlon Training

Our training program is proven to get results. You will develop fundamental skills and when improve your technique improves, we start to build race-specific fitness. We don't treat triathlons as a one-time challenge, but rather as a part of an ongoing healthy lifestyle. We offer both a short and a long training program to better suit your schedule. Italy Training Camp

The camp will be based out of Hotel Dory inRiccione, Italy. This hotel has been hosting training camps for 20 years andprovides a training experience unparalleled to any in the United States.Throughout this 7-day camp you will cycle through 16th century villageswith breathtaking views on the border between Romagna, the Marche, and Tuscanyregions. Well-Fit's Ironman training programs are designed to provide comprehensive training and support to successfully complete an Ironman. For 2016, we are offering coached programs for three races:

Swim Masters Club

Well-Fit's Masters Swim Club offers quality swim training with the triathlete in mind. The club meets three times a week,on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays. For more information and registration, click here.
