WHAT'S NEW AT WELL-FIT
One of the biggest fears of triathletes is the swim portion of the race. For over 15 years, we helped athletes make it their strength. Swimming is generally a technique that revolves around two major factors; reducing drag and increasing propulsion. At Well-Fit, we have developed two classes that will improve both factors.

Iron-Fit Cycling is a two-step program over the fall and winter that will progress the athletes level of fitness with each session. Any athlete who wants to make cycling their strength in Triathlon will benefit from this program.
The Well-Fit Elite team is now accepting applications for membership on Chicago area's best multi-sport training program. If you are an experienced athlete looking to train with other advanced level athletes to help you break through plateaus and improve your race results, then the Well-Fit Elite Program is for you. The team will train together from February through September 2017 with regular weekly swim, bike and run workouts.
Well-Fit's Ironman WI training program is designed to provide comprehensive training and support to successfully complete an Ironman. Stay tuned, 2017 Ironman Arizona training program information will be coming soon.

This program is designed for athletes preparing for a Half-Ironman, where we'll develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy triathlon season. Each week, Coach Ted will provide you with an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season.
