2017 Half Ironman Programs
Since 2005, we've helped hundreds of athletes cross the finish line at the 1/2 Ironman level. Each year our group consists of beginners as well as those who have already completed the 1/2 IM distance. Our program includes weekly coached sessions to provide you with periodic training and technical feedback as well as triathlon related education to improve yourself as an athlete. Chicago Marathon & 1/2 Marathon
This Well-Fit comprehensive running program is designed for the beginner and the intermediate runner to successfully crossing the finish line on race day. Doing the miles alone will not get you there. With the Well-Fit approach, we will first focus on developing a strong running mechanic, than, progressively add the miles while adding strength and speed work a long the way. Just like we do with every endurance program, we make sure you are complete and ready for the task on hand. Programs starts June 7th
The program is designed to encourage young athletes (ages 7-15) to embrace a healthy lifestyle through a fun and engaging triathlon team program. Parents info Meeting will be held at the Well-Fit training center on March 25th.
Our professional coaches have years of experience coaching athletes of all fitness levels to help them reach their goals. Our coaches are teachers, motivators, organizers, psychologists, and race strategists. They will help you overcome your fears, break through fitness plateaus, and achieve your peak performance on race day. The program begins April 24th, 2017, see you there!

swim Tech II starting February 21st
One of the biggest fears of triathletes is the swim portion of the race. For over 15 years, we helped athletes make it their strength. Swimming is generally a technique that revolves around two major factors; reducing drag and increasing propulsion. At Well-Fit, we have developed two classes that will improve both factors.
· Swim Tech I · Swim Tech II · Swim Tech III
This bike class is specifically designed to teach beginner cyclists the fundamentals of cycling and improve their comfort on the bike. All athletes and all types of bikes are welcome at this class. Learn from professional instructors in a fun, non-intimidating environment, how to shift, effectively peddle and ultimately enjoy cycling.
This is an 8 week, 2 hour class that is designed to develop your cycling base and improve your ability to pedal consistently and efficiently for an extended period. Training sessions will be performed mostly in power zone 2 and 3 with occasional visits to zone 4, 5, and 6.
This program is designed for athletes preparing for a Half-Ironman, where we'll develop your strength and aerobic conditioning for a speedy triathlon season. Each week, Coach Ted will provide you with an online training plan consisting of swim, bike, run and strength workouts to prepare you for your upcoming season.
