  • Tuesday: Open Cycling 6:00am; Open Swim @ U.I.C Small Pool Towers 6:00am with Noelle Wilhite
  • Wednesday: Bike Intensity Ride 5:30am with Erin Kersten; Functional Strength Training* 6:00pm with Sharone Aharone
  • Thursday: Open Cycling 6:00am; Open Swim @ U.I.C Small Pool 6:00am with Noelle Wilhite
  • Friday: Endurance Ride with Sharone Aharone 5:30am
  • Saturday: Indoor Long Ride 7:30-9:30am with Ted Ramos

* This Class is focused on training balance, strength and functional movement as it applied to endurance athletes.

**Remember to come 20-30 minutes prior to bike classes to set up your bike on the CompuTrainers and warm up your tire.
