Finally, everything that a multi-sport athlete needs is available in one spot: the Well-Fit Training ‎Center. At Well-Fit Training Center you will have the opportunity to interact with some of the best trainers, coaches and athletes in the country. You will have ultimate access to state-of-the-art ‎training equipment, and an inspiring community.

In addition, when you become a member of the Training Center, you automatically join a team of individuals that are serious about fitness and performance, who love to workout and and have fun doing it.

No matter what your budget or ambition, Well-Fit has a membership level that is right for you.‎

Fitness Membership - $53 per month + $100 initiation fee

As a fitness level member of Well-Fit you get unlimited access to the gym fitness floor.  A customized fitness evaluation is included with your new membership.

Multisport Membership - $150 per month + $200 initiation fee

The membership level that provides the most value!

  • Customized fitness evaluation included with all new memberships
  • Unlimited access to the entire Well-Fit Training Center
  • TrainingPeaks online account
  • Unlimited access to training programs for sprint, Olympic, half-Ironman, Ironman and all running distances
  • Unlimited access to "Members Only" training sessions, including ‎CompuTrainer cycling sessions, coached swim sessions, and track workouts
  • 30% discount on all Well-Fit classes
  • Annual meeting with a Well-Fit coach to set up yearly training plan

Customized Fitness Evaluation

At Well-Fit we strive to deliver the program that will fit your goals, fitness level and life stlye. Therefore our fitness test protocol  is altered from one person to another. After you sign-up as a member, when consulting with your designated coach, you can choose the test protocol that best fits you:

  • Fitness test protocol – % Body Fat, Body Circumference, and Functional Strength test
  • Cycling test protocol – Functional Power Threshold test, % Body Fat, and Body Circumference
  • Runner test protocol – Gait analysis, % Body Fat and Body Circumference
  • Triathlon test protocol – Swim Analysis, Functional Power Threshold test, Gait analysis  % Body Fat

Your coach will work with you and help you decide on the appropriate test protocol.
